We use macadamia nuts that have been grown ethically by smallholder farmers. The Kenya Board of Safety Standards ensures our nuts are of high quality because they are picked and cleaned right after they are picked. Sourcing, quality analysis, drying, grading, cracking, shell separation, sorting, grading, vacuum packaging, cartoning, and exporting are all processes in the production process. Our company was created in Gray Agro Commodities, and our trees began yielding fruit in Gray Agro Commodities. The first commercial crop was harvested and processed in Gray Agro Commodities, paving the way for a community-oriented business that acknowledges honest manual labor.
We specialize in providing excellent halal-quality macadamia nuts that humans have skillfully hand-processed with love and care. Sun drying, sorting, and packaging are manual methods used to process nuts. Once the nuts have been vacuum packed, they are dosed with nitrogen, sealed, and then cartoned in 25 pounds of food-grade aluminum before being refrigerated to 12–14 degrees Celsius.
